I've often tried to describe how fully my life changed when I embraced spiritual practice within the framework of the Science of Mind. Unfortunately, I think it's one of those topics that defies language. I can say the words, but they somehow never convey the depth of feeling.
You see, it's one thing to feel grounded and centered when life is rolling along nicely. It's quite another when the bumps and sways of life are unfolding. I used to think that becoming proficient in using the Science of Mind would mean I would no longer be buffeted around by the winds of life. Now I can see that challenges and difficulties are just a part of living. What Science of Mind affords us is in staying centered right in the middle of the storm.

Our individual lives bring shifts and changes. At times, it can feel like more than we can take.
