Who are you? Who am I? Who are we?

Identity is so strongly connected with the details of our demographics, the vividness of our history, the ups and downs of our family and professional lives, and the specifics of our circumstances. All those things are vitally important to respect and express as, yes, they make us who we are… AND we are essentially this and so much more.

If we imagine ourselves to be only defined by our human characteristics, we’ll miss the sacred exploration of our divine nature. Who you are, who I am, who we are is one with the timeless, eternal, unconditioned vibration of Life Itself.

Sometimes it feels like a struggle to ‘get it’ – that sense of our spiritual nature—and then ‘lose it’ the moment that #$?! does that thing again. It's paradoxical that the more that we open our hearts, minds, and spirits to deepening in our essential spiritual nature, the more resilient, available, and fluid we become in our engagement with the practical aspects of our humanity.

I’m so grateful to know who you are—and to share the journey together!
